DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A SCHENGEN TOURIST VISA
1. Valid Bangladesh passport with a minimum 1 blank page on both sides.
2. Valid Oman residence permit copy.
3. Covering letter stating your purpose of visit, your itinerary, duration of stay, accommodation details.
4. Recent Photographs
5. Travel itinerary
6. Documents like a resume that shows your work experience, educational background.
7. Documents proving your financial situation like bank statements for previous months to prove you can cover your whole trip.
8. Employment documents like NOC from your employer confirming your designation and enrollment in the company. If you own a business or self-employed, you would require a document showing your business registration or license.
9. An invitation letter if any if you’re going to visit your friends, relatives or any event.
Do not try to falsify or forge any document. This will lead to rejection and will ruin your chances to apply for a Schengen tourist visa in the future.
After your application is done, you will be required to make an appointment at the visa application centre. You will have to give your biometrics here with your vacation with your Schengen tourist visa stamp within 10 -15 working days. But this might vary.
